Not 100% happy with your new Every Turn? We’ve got you! 

You can only return Every Turn products if:

  • The fit isn’t right.
  • You don't love them as much as you hoped.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • There’s a fault or defect.

Simply complete the returns form below and follow the instructions to return the products. Please do not send goods to Every Turn without completing the form below.

Once you submit your return request, our team will be in touch to inspect the issue and organise a repair or remake if it’s a manufacturing fault.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

  • Your return must be received by us within 30 days of the shipping date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns received more than 30 days after the shipping date, but within the following 21 days (up to 51 days from the shipping date), will be eligible for a store credit only.
  • Returns received more than 51 days after the shipping date will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn (tried on is fine), with all packaging and ticketing in the same condition it left Every Turn. Products must not be marked, damaged, or broken.
  • You will be required to provide proof of purchase (your order number is sufficient).
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit unless the item is faulty. Final Sale items will always be clearly marked with a “Final Sale” badge on the product page.

WHAT RETURN OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

  • Full refund.
  • Store Credit – we’ll supply you with a gift voucher to the value of the returned goods. Store credit is not available if purchased with Afterpay.
  • Please note – we don’t offer exchanges on in-stock Practice Wear. But you can return the item for a full refund or store credit.

Love your order, but want a different size? Submitted the below return form and ship back the size you don’t want, we’ll refunded you and you can place a new order for a new size!*

*Only eligible on eligible returns submitted within our 30-day return window as per our T&C’s.

HOW DO I RETURN GOODS?

  1. Please complete the below form with your name, order number and garment(s) you would like to return. PLEASE NOTE: Please ensure you fill out your full order number including the #US - eg. #USET1234.
  2. Our team will review your case and get in touch with you about what we will do next.
  3. If a return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authority Form. Add this to the shipment so we know what to do with the products once they are returned to us.
  4. If the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong products, we will provide you with a free return label. Please ensure that you viably stick this label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the post office.
  5. If you don’t receive a free returns label, we recommend using registered or express post. We cannot be held liable for any lost goods in the post.
