Good question! If it’s an instock item it’s likely being packed in the warehouse as we speak! Once it’s dispatched you’ll receive an email to say it’s on its way. Once you get that email you can track where it goes until it’s at your door.

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at hello@everyturn.com with your order number and we will help you the best we can.

We are committed to getting you order to you as soon as possible so if your order has been process by our dispatch team it cannot be cancelled.

If you've ordered the wrong size or accidentally ordered too many of an item, email us within 1 hour of your order being placed at hello@everyturn.com.

We are currently not set up for exchanges, however you can return the garment for a store credit and then a new order can be placed for another size or item. Visit our Returns page to start your return.

Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard and Afterpay (available only for United States customers shopping on our United States site only). We do not accept Direct Deposit, Cheques, Diners, AMEX or cash on delivery as payment methods. We do accept Every Turn gift vouchers.

Great question! All of our shipping includes tracking, just an extra benefit for shopping at Every Turn. The time it takes will depend on two things: where you’re located and which shipping option you chose at checkout. For more details head to our Shipping page.

The best thing to do is to first check your tracking number to find the status of your order. If it’s attempted delivery then please contact your local post office. If your order actually you are still unable to locate your order, send us an email.
